Reproduces a 5-octave pitch range and reliable spacing between notes for sophisticated playability. Antennas are nickel-plated 3/8" brass tube and cabinets are furniture-grade hardwood. Can be fitted with an adapter for mounting on a standard microphone stand and is designed for use with a musical instrument amplifier.

Comes with 2 videotapes: Clara Rockmore: the Greatest Theremin Virtuosa, which includes performances and a conversation with the world-renowned thereminist, filmed in 1976; and Mastering the Theremin which includes 6 lessons with Lydia Kavina, including exercises designed by Clara Rockmore. Lydia is one of the few professional thereminists in the world and a master teacher on the instrument. This is the main resource you need for learning to play theremin or for improving your technique.
