Smoothness and feel are unmatched, this is a high quality harmonica with quite possibly the quickest response of any out there. This is probably due to the air-tightness, but the big problem with this harmonica is they can't hold up. I used to suck a reed out at every gig, this gets very expensive when you play 3-nights a week, So I switched back to the Hohner Blues Harps, which rarely break, close to the same quality and are half the price.

I think the Meisterklasse is comparable to the Suzuki Promaster. The Suzuki may win out because of the price tag. But the Hohner Meisterklasse is better quality. The screws cover with very nice stamping of the nomenclature, sound, air-tightness and chrome are top end. You pay more for the Meisterklasse, but its high end stuff and IMHO...worth it.

This is the best harmonica I have owned so far. It has a great feel and sounds awesome! My only complaint so far is that I had to send one back that was damaged when I received it. I plan on purchasing several more.

I expected a lot of good play on the high notes. Not so. Disappointed.
